Like, smaller than we care to brag. But, here we are. The more "Small Batch Small Bottle" we can bottle and sell, the quicker we can buy the Pot still we have our eye's set on. Until then, we will put in the hours while you relax and sip our spirits!

Let's say the small still gives us the ability to pivot quickly or try interesting things. We can ferment multiple types of small batches at once, allowing us to ensure our customers' needs are met. A particular product type sells better one weekend. No problem. We can make more.  The goal is to stay creative, keep it fun, be original, support local but project our voice much further.

First and foremost, we are a distillery. Our distilled spirits will always remain at the heart of what we do. We are hospitable. Expect exceptional hospitality. Expect amazing craft cocktails. Expect delicious food. Expect to get educated on who we are and what we do by Steve Dowling (CoFounder).
